Please review and merge into devel the liferea persistence preset.
This actually consists of three parts:
* installing lifrerea 1.10 from wheezy-backports and starting it
through usewithtor

The last branch also includes a persistence-preset patch to easily test
the feature. The patch should be dropped once a version of
persistence-setup including it reaches devel.
So merging this branch consists of:
- merging tails:feature/5711-liferea-persistence-preset into tails devel
(this includes tails:feature/7154-install-liferea-above-1.10.3)
- merging
persistence-setup:feature/6403-implement-liferea-persistence-preset
into persistence-setup master
