Hi,
I'm having a problem with tails starting up that isn't included in your
list of possible solutions. I was hoping you could help me figure out the
issue.
I'm using tails 2.6 that. Downloaded and verified the ISO through Firefox.
I'm on a Asus X205T computer and I've only gotten as far as creating a
temporary tails using the universal USB installer. When I reboot and start from
the usb it appears to boot but I see a different screen than anything it should
be. See picture attached. What is is and how can I fix it, please? Any help you
may offer is appreciated. Thanks
A separate issue if you have time... I had tails 2.5 and it worked fine. When I
upgraded to 2.6 it would freeze at the tails greeter screen. I couldn't do
anything; type move the mouse, restart. Etc. that's why I decided to start
over from the beginning and ran into the issue above. Thanks again for your help
