Hi,

There have been other reports about Tails 2.7 not booting in Virtual
Box, see https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/11965 and
https://labs.riseup.net/code/issues/11992.

A user reports the following workaround: "turned on "Enable I/O APIC" in
virtualbox's motherboard settings; now it starts and seems fine."

Could you try this and eventually report back?

Cheers!
u.
