I saw your message and couldn't help commenting because I was recently
hacked. I couldn't get my internet past a crawl because of the amount of
garbage going to Microsoft/Google/NSA/Antivirus.
I have since migrated to Linux. Yee Hah!
First, I used another hard drive so I wouldn't lose all my Windows 10
setup and programs. Frankly, I am now thinking of wiping that Windows
hard drive.
Then I tried various versions of Linux including Tails, Fedora, Ubuntu,
Zorin, Kali and Mint.
I also did an online course from Udemy because I didn't understand
anything much about Linux (cost me $24Aust).
It has only been a month since I started but now, I am totally free of
Microsoft. All these Linux Distributions are free and come with massive
amounts of free programs and apps, though I have donated to several
because they are so good.
Now I use Tails from an 8GB memory stick if I am working and emailing
friends who live behind the great firewall of China. The rest of the
time, I am now using Mint on my Desktop PC.
I do not need an anti virus!
Just a final note, your English seemed perfect to me, but what do I
know, I am just another Australian like Julian A.
