Hi,,I am new to Tails, I have installed Tails (2.9.1) on USB stick (using the guide on the website). I have changed the system clock to match UTC time zone, and I haven't been able to synchronize Tor Timing, it gives me "Cannot Fetch Tor consensus".I have looked at tor log (/var/log/tor), and it reaches 25% and stuck there for couple of minutes, then starts again (bootstrap signaled) and stuck again on 25%.I have tried it on two different laptops, and on a virtual machine (vm on windows host).I have a private wireless (WPA encrypted), and cannot get past this issue; Also, I tried Tails 2.6, and got the same behavior.Any help is much appreciated.P.S: I can run Tor using other OS on the same network.Thanks._______________________________________________
