Searching for debian support seems useless as it does no have references to 
current hardware, only 2-3 year old hardware no longer for sale new.

Can anyone help establish which of these will run tails?

PEAQ PNB C1111-I1C1, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Celeron N3060
graphics: Intel HD Graphics
Wifi: couldn't find, anyone?

64 bit processor: Intel Pentium 4405U DualCore
graphics: Intel HD Graphics
Wifi: couldn't find, anyone?

ASUS VivoBook E200HA-FD0042TS, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Atom x5-Z8300
graphics: Intel HD Graphics 400
Wifi: Qualcomm Atheros QCA9377 (several 1 year old linux forums sugest it's not 
linux happy ?)

MEDION Akoya E2215T, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Atom x5-Z8350
graphics: intel hd cherry trail
Wifi: Intel AC-3165

MEDION Akoya E2213, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Celeron N3050
graphics: intel hd (couldn't find)
Wifi: couldn't find, anyone?

ACER Chromebook CB3-131, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Celeron N2840
graphics: intel hd (couldn't find)
Wifi: couldn't find, anyone?

ACER Aspire E11 ES1-132-C1SW, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Celeron N3350
graphics: Intel HD Graphics 500
Wifi: couldn't find, anyone?

Acer TravelMate B117-M-C9VX, it's supposed to have:
64 bit processor: Celeron N3060
graphics: Intel HD Graphics 400
Wifi: Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 7265 - M.2 Card

Thanks for your guidance on which hardware will run tails without hassling 
about.

Tails is supposed to run on quite a lot of hardware.

With some exceptions:
* Tails 3.0 will require a 64bit x86 processor. Most netbooks don't have
64 bit processors as far as i know.
* Some WiFi cards are known to require proprietary drivers which we do
not include.

We have a list of known issues here:
https://tails.boum.org/support/known_issues/ Note that most of the
reported issues were identified in older versions of Tails and I don't
really know how up-to-date this page actually is.

From my own point of view I could recommend to find a used ThinkPad
X201, which you can find for the price of a netbook. Those computers are
able to boot from SD card, on which you can put Tails instead of a USB
stick.
