Tails does not touch the operating system on your computer, including
Windows. That's the whole point. It runs off your USB drive and doesn't
touch anything. When you log out of tails, there is no way for windows
to "know" that you ran tails.
Yes, when you turn off your computer and remove the tails USB drive, it
"goes back to normal".
