The problem stems from sticking 2 values into a single one and now we're all
confused about it :)
Since the A1 is the A1, but the NH1 is just 1 I think.

In this case, I think that seems to be correct, I wonder how this applies to
the Bruce Highway for example, it seems to be just the A1 and no NH shield any
more...
