I've updated the LC Australia page, I have no idea what people would be willing to pay to join so I flipped a coin and put it initially at $20/yr or $10/yr for concession holders.
This is half the amount wikimedia australia has for membership fees and I can't figure out from their website where the money actually goes or what rights/benefits you get from being a member other than warm fuzzies.
