The public officier and secretary are 2 distinct roles, only the
public officier has to reside in NSW and there may be an age
restriction of 18 or over, however there os no residency restrictions
on board members unless we make it a rule.

The public officier's role is to file paper work etc with the Dept. of
Fair Trading, and has no board role.
