I got sick of trying to add postcode boundaries that have already been done so I coded up this page:
http://map-data.bigtincan.com/postcodes.php It also tells you if someone has flagged the relation as reviewed. Franc uploaded 2,507 boundaries, less than 1,000 are in OSM partially or otherwise.
