I've found one that is almost 20km out - and wondered whether this is the worst one found so far?: http://www.bp.com/iframe.do?categoryId=9012436&contentId=7017653 It's in the dataset as Lehmann Motors Coominya, but it's actually in Tarampa to the south south. I'm almost certain this is a geo-coding from address error, because the servo listed address is Main Street Tarampa, and the nearest occurrence of Main Street is in Coominya a fair bit further North. The new location in OSM is http://osm.org/go/ueB_yMDYg- I drove out there to check and be certain on the weekend so have removed the FIXME tag.
