Wow. If this is true, then the situation is worse than I thought. Is the only option left for OSMF to withhold this kind of important information from contributors? That's not the sort of community I want to be a part of. :-( Anyway, if I understand correctly, I don't think anyone cares about the "negotiation details", but rather we want to see the final, formal document authorised by the necessary parties.
