This looks like a serious attribution error.
The attribution link is to Google maps. Clicking on "Terms of Use" in
the bottom right corner of the map takes you to
https://www.google.com/intl/en-US_US/help/terms_maps.html
The map tiles are coming from tile.openstreetmap.org
