I want to upload the play ground locations to OSM.
It's not just a case of "uploading". A large number of playgrounds in Canberra have already been mapped. Most of the work for a playgrounds import would be checking all of the existing mapped playgrounds and figuring out if they are in the dataset, missing from the dataset, or don't exist on the ground. Then you need to work out if the playgrounds in the ACTmapi dataset are in the right location and actually exist.
