We have the waiver already https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Australian_data_catalogue, but regardless you still need to follow the import guidelines https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Import/Guidelines.
I second what Andrew Davidson has said, that care should be taken given we have a lot of playgrounds already mapped. At this stage any import should be done manually to ensure no duplicates as well as cross checking other sources like recent aerial imagery and recent street level imagery or physical survey.
