Thanks everybody! The closest to here is an actual hut rather than a van, but yes, it only operates on long weekends, the first & last weekends of school holidays & times like that.
I'll leave the one I spotted just as a Rest Area. Is it worthwhile including a note in the Guidelines to NOT map D-R stops?
