Hi Andrew, to get a feel for the data available, do you have a bit of a schema or example?
OSM way IDs might not be super stable, but others - say mapillary and openstreetcam - have added adjacent information by publishing geojson with a bit of geometry (points, or lines for traces) which has a lot of extra detail.
