Am I correct in my assumption that the location panel in OSMid is
unreliable as far as LGA's are concerned?
Example, Deepwater NSW (as a locality) extends north almost to Bolivia
Hill, yet the shire boundary Glen Innes Severn vs Tenterfield changes
just after the racecourse north of the village. The location panel stays
as Glen Innes Severn LGA for nodes etc north of this boundary.
If they are unreliable for LGAs's could that also extend to postcodes
and locality/village/town names? ie should we doubt that it is an
authoritative source?
