They have an e-mail size limit (40 KB?) and the administrator is on permanent holidays. If you want to include images, don't put them inside the message, but make a link to them, e.g. <img src="https://www.dropbox.com/s/xxxxxxxxxxxxxx/filename.png?dl=1";>
