Sorry, maar turn:lanes:xxx=right;through|left kan nooit bij rechtsrijdend
verkeer. (hoop ik :-)  )
De "lanes" worden altijd bekeken in de richting dat je rijdt.  Het linker
rijvak (in de richting dat je rijdt) komt altijd eerst:  het is altijd
left|through;right: linker rijvak om links af te slaan, rechter rijvak om
rechtdoor te rijden en rechts af te slaan. Dit is onafhankelijk van de
richting van de "way pijl" in OSM. De xxx wordt forward als het in de
richting van de OSM-weg is, backward in de tegengestelde richting.

Installeer de kaarttekenstyle "lane  & road attributes" in JOSM, onmisbaar
voor dit soort werk. Dan zie je de pijlen. Weet je onmiddellijk of je goed
bezig bent. Verder kan http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Lanes je
misschien ook helpen

Ik heb onlangs al wat wegen in Kortrijk en Harelbeke van de nodige
lanes/turn:lanes voorzien. 'k ben nu bezig rond Aalst. In de Prov Antwerpen
& Limburg en rond Gent zijn  alle vele motorways/trunks/primary roads al
gedaan. Voorbeelden genoeg hoop ik. Kijk maar naar een van de changesets
van Escada  [1] met de commentaar lanes; turn:lanes
