Regarding this wonderful proposition of Nicolas, IGN/NGI/NGI/NGI/НГИ
have announcedCartoWebreplacingTestbed.

This looks great when a JOSM bug/incompatibility will be fixed. I've
opened a ticket and I'm confident.
This CartoWeb supports CECP 3857 <private-joke without waiting 5 years
/private-joke>
I need to see it work to compare with Testbed. I wonder how the
additional layers can be selected.
One thing I can already say is that if the administrative borders were
coarse with Testbed, they are completely wrong with CartoWeb and, if he
looked at that, it's no wonder that someone found that they don't match OSM.
Please Nicolas or someone, look at convention #2

But the first thing to know is if what we do isn't allowed
already, like for the SPW.
IGN states conditions almost as vague as the SPW.
For the SPW, now that we know that "we cannot copy yet" isn't true
and now that the SPW fixed the PICC bug that I have asked 5 years
ago (and that was being laughed at), we can now redo with JOSM
with a 20cm precision much of the work that was made over 5 years
with a 2 to 5 m error and more with other editors.

vereisten en de technische gegevens voor de onlinediensten.

CartoWeb.be biedt heel wat voordelen : het is een WTMS, en dus veel
sneller dan een WMS, en wordt constant geüpdatet. Dankzij zijn 13
schaalniveaus krijgt u altijd een aangepaste kaartweergave.
We begrijpen dat deze wijziging ook van u een aanpassing vraagt.
Daarom kijken wij uit naar uw opmerkingen en uw kritiek (positieve of
negatieve). Voor zover het mogelijk is, houden we daar rekening mee om
CartoWeb.be nog beter te maken.
