My internet is down; i'll add a section 'learning from AND import' So in summary; 'In doing so, this will cause an expectant behavour among users, where work is neglected.'
So in this light a blanket import over not-concentrated areas would be better. Would doing the 'search and add only, and/or tracing ability not be better? Would it not still create an expectancy for updates? Pondering.
