The actual recommendation to NRN provider is to show intersecting dual carriageways as not intersecting at a single point. Each dual carriage ways should continue straight as it was done with the other dual carriage ways intersecting just south of your example. This is just a recommendation and users may find other intersections as the one in your example but most of them should not intersect at a single point.

GeoBase has quantity data, and with some help from the OSM community, we can make it quality data as well.
