The ftp site is now available to the osm community. There is no file available yet but there will be soon as the community start to upload their Canvec .osm files. The link in the last email was incomplete. The appropriate address is... ftp://ftp2.cits.rncan.gc.ca/osm/pub For those who are converting Canvec shape file to osm and wish to make them available on this site, send me an email and I will provide you with the location of the incoming site and some uploading rules.
