Hi all, I just want to take an inventory, to see who all are interesting in helping out with mapping the Canadian Arctic.
Obviously, the majority (99.9%) of the work is done remotly, but some coordintion is needed to make it done right. We already have alot of data that is available to us which has been sanctioned by OSMF and ok to use.. Once the datasets are exhausted, we will then need to use data sources that our outside the relm of OpenStretMap, so we will then need to move on to a dedicated database and mailing list. If there is interest, i'll make a wiki page for it, to help with coordination efforts.
