Hello Andrew A lot of the tracks seem to be very old and may have come from this site:
http://albertatrailmaps.ca http://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/User:Catmp or one similar to it. There are a few in Calgary that post GPS tracks for hiking I don’t think there is any licensing issues as it is all user gathered data. Just GPS traces. I don’t think it should be deleted. Poor Quality can be better than no quality. Plus it seems there are a few mappers in the area that are slowly cleaning it up.
