You might get some help from UrtheCast, as a Canadian company they might be willing to donate access to footage. https://www.urthecast.com Not sure that they can provide geo-referenced shots, but any info might be of use. Their cameras are fixed on ISS, so any orbital software/website will tell you if/when they have near passes.
