I recently found this link, <https://bcgov.github.io/ols-devkit/ols-demo/index.html>. It gives access to a dataset containing what I believe is every single street address in the province of British Columbia. The same dataset also appears to be accessible at this link, <https://openmaps.gov.bc.ca/kml/geocoder/BCGov_Physical_Address_Viewer_Loader.kml>. However, it is not clear whether this specific dataset has been properly licenced for use by OpenStreetMap. If not, can OSM open a discussion with the province with a view to getting this dataset under the correct licence so we can start making proper use of it?
