Hi all, AFAIK DIVABOD is by Czech law (Copyright Act & Water Act) a official or authoritative work (Amtswerk auf Deutsch) and thus it's not in favour with any kind of copyright protection, besides of EU-citizen public free access right to all hydrography informations embodied in INSPIRE directive.
