Die Gemeindegrenze ist keine Fläche sondern eine Linie um die Gemeinde mit boundary=administrative / admin_level=8 (?). Was du meiner Interpretation nach suchst, ist die Einfassung der bebauten Fläche. Das ist nicht "place_s_" sondern "place=hamlet". Wobei hamlet ein Kuh-Dorf / Kaff ist und der zentrale Ort einer Gemeinde normal place=village ist. Ja, für den Bereich > 100 und < 10.000 Einwohner gibt es nur village, das ist etwas unelegant.
