Call me conservative, but I hope we will _never_ need to do this! IMO Webforums are much worse than mailinglists. I have never even read the forum because there _is_ a mailing-list. Efficient handling of mailing-lists is just a matter of the Software installed on your own machine. Webforums are as dis-organized as the apear on the web and in contrast this can't be easily fixed on the clientside.
