Ok, now it seems to be fixed. I managed to convert images to WGS-84
and it works faster also (no live conversion attempts). WMS is "for
your eyes only" at
http://intra.nutiteq.ee:8888/mapserv5/cgi-bin/mapserv.exe?map=\wrk\maps\topod\topo50wms.map&;
 . It is under our 500 kbps or something office upload speed, so do
not distribute the URL. The tiles (cached WMS technially, not
pregenerated) are in normal server, these can be used as much as you
need.

 Some sheets had different geoinfo somehow and I had to fix it
manually, let me know if you find gray stripes between sheets.
