Bueno, aún estoy emocionado después de leer la licencia de uso de los
ficheros del catastro, bajarme los shapefiles del municipio de madrid
con mi dnie a la primera y visualizarlos en quantum gis: queeee
debuti :)
Son en total 46 archivos entre .SHP .SHX .PRJ y .DBF que pesan en total
424 Mb. Os ajunto una lista con los ficheros.
Las principales capas son:
Recintos:
MASA: Manzanas urbanas y polígonos rústicos.
PARCELA: Parcelas catastrales. En cartografía rústica también
incluye descuentos (caminos, ríos).
SUBPARCE: Subparcelas rústicas
CONSTRU: Construcciones urbanas
Líneas:
EJES: Ejes de vías públicas
LIMITES: Límites administrativos
ELEMLIN: Elementos lineales diversos
Puntos:
ELEMPUN: Elementos puntuales diversos
ALTIPUN: Puntos de altimetría
Textos:
ELEMTEX: Rótulos del mapa. Los rótulos se descargan como
elementos lineales con el texto como atributo.
Tabla no cartográfica:
CARVIA: Codificación de elementos lineales (nombres de calles).
Se descarga como fichero de dBASE (.DBF).

Según la licencia no puedo redistribuirlos tal cual sin haber hecho
antes un producto derivado y no sé muy bien qué hacer ahora.
Lo que había pensado es descargarme los shapefiles de algún pueblo
perdido que no aparezca en OSM y hacer pruebas con el Ogr2osm.
¿Alguna sugerencia?
