As commented above cadastre is not a good place to find the exact directions
, because the coordinates associated with the parcels is the "centroid"
(actually a point in the parcels) that does not correspond to the address

You can download the data without certificate if you know the url.

The URL has the following structure
http://www.catastro.minhap.es/INSPIRE/CadastralParcels/CODIGO_PROVINCIA/CODIGO_MUNICIPIO-NOMBRE_MUNICIPIO.ES.SDGC.CP.U.CODIGO_MUNICIPIO.zip
