Hello,
As an employee of a French little start-up in mobile mapping, I convinced my
boss to contribute to Open street map by giving our trajectories and videos to
the community after each project.
Trajectories are not a problem, but videos contain faces, private property and
car number plates. That mean we can't distribute these videos without blurring
excepted if the receiver make a declaration to the CNIL
(https://www.cnil.fr/en/home) and we can't make it public without blurring it.

I discussed about it with osm community. They suggested you could blur these
videos. I am not against. But to convince my boss to give our work freely to a
non-commercial association is one thing, to convince him to give it to a
company is another.

That mean we have to discuss about legal conditions if you are interested.

I am waiting for your answer. Don't hesitate if you have any suggestion.
Regards.
