I have in the past done some using place-name, but have now corrected them.
But I still do not see rendered
place=hamlet
name=Avoncliff
The wiki page still says the place tag should not be used on nodes,
least that is my interpretation of
May apply to:
* <node>s: No (use name="xyz" on the node instead)
And it says it should be used on ways, which looks odd to me.
