So if we are really picky about usability (for me), can we have the defaults
set on dropdowns to be 'village' and 'source', so I generally would need to
go 'Name of place' TAB (possible 'h') TAB TAB TAB (or however many TABS!)
ENTER  - and on to the next... :-)

No it's not hard - I know how to do it, it's just a bit laborious. Will
try
and  get round to doing it....
