Some people don't like the idea of their raw trace files being
available as they're afraid that somebody will work out they've
been speeding or something.

So we allow a trace to uploaded as a private trace, which means
that the points from the trace can be downloaded from the API but
the original trace can't be downloaded so you can't relate the 
points to each other or find out who they came from.
