Quite a lot of the Cambs/West Suffolk stuff is organised by District at the moment (though I perhaps mistakenly conflated Cambridge and South Cambridgeshire, and e.g. the East Cambs page is actually named Ely). District is a bit more manageable a unit than County I think. I like the idea of a coherent organisation by County, but an extra level may well help IMO, for very active areas like the east of England.
