ncn_milepost = rowe / mccoll / mills / dudgen like: http://www.openstreetmap.org/browse/node/53497544 They appear on the cycle map with icons according to the type. There's already quite a lot in there, but not with sustrans refs (I don't even know if these can be found on the mileposts themselves).
