Near impossible to do, because in the time between a probationer making 
and edit and the edit being validated, the situation may have changed so 
that the edit can no longer be applied. People might also do the same 
work multiple times because they didn't know a probationer had already 
entered something. Extremely hard to get right; extremely likely to make 
everyone hate you.
