Rubbish. It's their property and they can decide who uses it and where. 
They may well not have any objection, but if they did, you'd be wilfully 
infringing their copyright.

All we have to do is ask. If they say no, they mean it. If they say yes, 
fine. It wouldn't surprise me if they ask for a license fee though.
