Interesting. Note there are several small streets in my area which are
apparently missing from OSM - though I don't intend to just enter them in
without visiting first in case they're easter eggs.
There are occasions when OS are wrong and OSM are right though. For example
there is one street where OSM="Chilworth Ring" and OS="The Ring". The sign
definitely says the former.
