Hello, At the technical workshop this weekend I played around with vectorising buildings in the StreetView tiles of Southwark so that I could merge in buildings to OSM in JOSM. Many thanks to Robert Scott, Andy Allan and Scott Day for all the help.

I don't know how to go from a rudimentary shapefile to rescale and project it properly, so at the moment I am relying on Scott to use his Mapinfo/ESRI software at work for that step.
