I don't think there is anyone rendering it explicitly at the moment, however, it would be trivial for someone to take the OpenCycleMap code and apply a similar style to an OpenWalkMap.
I'm not entirely convinced it's that straightforward. OpenCycleMapmakes extensive use of tags such as "lcn" and there isn't a corresponding one in widespread use* for long distance paths.

The entries on the "WikiProject_United_Kingdom_Long_Distance_Paths" would probably need a bit of tidying so that those that really are long distance paths (whatever that is - the page covers the "official" UK LDPs and many much shorter ones) identify themselves in a consistent way that they can be shown on a map. If you showed all "route=foot" relations you might get more than you bargained for. In some places the plethora of overlapping named routes could cause a lot of confusion.

In terms of rendering style Nick's Freemap is already there or therabouts, I think, notwithstanding server space and updates. The Geograph links seem to be in the right place too (which is more than Wikipedia and Google manage for similar items!).
