I just accidentally forwarded a whole message to the list: finger trouble. I did not intend to include the name of the company involved, although I don't think that is confidential.
As is obvious from that message, it was just to let people know of another company using our data, in this case around Nailsworth. KMS is already using our maps in Oxfordshire. In passing, I wasn't sure whether odbl implied any change in attribution wording. The main copyright page does not seem to have changed, and they are planning to use that. They are just using an image rather than rendering from the db, so the attribution looks ok to me.
