Hi All,
I am seeking your thoughts regarding how to tag for the various Motor
Vehicles when there is a sign showing “PEDESTRIAN ZONE, No motor
vehicles except for buses, permit holders and loading”
It seems that all those could be summed up as motor_vehicle=destination.
Not really, no. That would include accessing the premises for the
purpose of parking, or delivering passengers, or (as customers)
shopping. Loading is not the same as either of those, and they are
explicitly excluded from the legal definition of loading.
The most appropriate tag, according to the wiki, would be
access=delivery. That's not quite the same meaning in UK law as loading,
but it's a lot closer than destination.
