Sadly in this case, I'm not seeing anything jump out as the new
modification - `parcel`?.
The OSM UK wiki also seems to be silent on the new type:

This suggest I should nip up to the box 300m from me, take a photo, and
donate it as a CC0 image whilst we discuss tagging options!
Visually, they look like `post_box:type=meter,` but with the electronics
added, and the wiki shows the same issue - the boxes are still
`post_box:type=*`, but with an extra thingy added, so perhaps an extra tag?:
`post_box:parcel=yes`
`post_box:app=yes`
???
