I'm working on the app for warning users of these zones and I've just written 
them an email asking them for permission to use it and if they can also supply 
the speed limit data as well. They will probably point me at the below.

Probably take a week to get a response…

On a related (isn) note, anybody know if it's illegal to report a live camera 
location? I know trapseter do it… but are outside the jurisdiction. I'm not :)
